What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring the affected device and any charger, power adapter or accessory related to the problem. Desktop customers generally only need to bring the computer tower unless a monitor, cable or peripheral may be causing the issue.

Does the diagnostic fee apply toward the repair?

The $75 Basic Diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair when service is completed. Advanced and Hardware & Board Diagnostic charges are separate because they require additional testing and investigation.

The listed prices are starting prices for commonly requested services. Final pricing depends on the device, required labor and replacement parts. You will receive and approve the expected cost before additional work proceeds.

We use OEM replacement parts whenever they are available. When an OEM part is unavailable or impractical, a high-quality aftermarket alternative may be offered for your approval before installation.
