Will malware removal recover encrypted or deleted files?
No guarantee is made that encrypted, deleted or damaged files can be recovered. Data recovery is a separate service and feasibility depends on the device and file condition.
Could the computer need Windows reinstalled?
Yes. A badly damaged or unstable Windows installation may require a separate reinstall. The reinstall price, any Windows license and data services are not included in malware-removal pricing.
Do you recover hacked online accounts?
Device cleanup does not replace account recovery. Password resets, identity verification and account restoration must be completed through the company that operates the affected account.
How long does virus removal take?
