Custom Build Warranty
1-Year Labor Warranty
All custom-built systems include a 1-Year Labor Warranty starting from the date of pickup or delivery.This warranty covers issues related to workmanship and installation performed by Ironwood Custom PCs.
Covered Under Labor Warranty:
- Component installation performed by Ironwood
- Mounting and hardware assembly
- Installation-related wiring and assembly
- BIOS configuration performed at delivery
- Thermal paste application
- Assembly-related hardware issues
If a problem is determined to be caused by installation or workmanship, labor to correct the issue will be provided at no cost during the warranty period.
Parts & Manufacturer Coverage
Individual components (GPU, CPU, PSU, RAM, SSD, etc.) are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Ironwood Custom PCs will assist with diagnostics and manufacturer warranty coordination when necessary, but manufacturer policies ultimately apply to part replacements.

Repair & Upgrade Service Warranty
All repair and upgrade services include a 30-Day Labor Guarantee related to the original service performed.
This covers:
- Installation performed during the service
- Configuration issues related to the service
- Labor-related concerns tied directly to the original repair
This does not cover unrelated hardware failure or future issues outside the scope of the original service.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
- Physical damage after pickup or delivery
- Liquid damage
- Power surges or electrical damage
- Customer modifications after service
- Software issues caused by third-party programs
- Virus or malware infections
- Overclocking or system changes made after delivery
